We take great care in packaging your mugs to ensure that they arrive in perfect condition, and we offer free shipping on orders over $50. Return and Exchange Policy
Returns are available within 14 days of delivery and are available for full-priced items and items under 50% off only. Please note that we can only accept returns for unworn items, returned with the tags on in the bag they were shipped in. We will issue the refund within 48 hours of receiving the items, the refund may take 5-7 days to reach you, depending on your bank's processing times. You can also choose to receive your refund within 24 hours as a store voucher.
EXCHANGES: We unfortunately currently do not offer exchanges. However, you can return your products and make a new order.
